| 1:1 Sessions An in depth postural analysis is undertaken, which will help to ensure your progress and further understanding of the Pilates technique.
The use of equipment, which includes the Reformer, the Swiss Ball, the Power Ring, Flex Band and Foam Roller are often used in these sessions.
If your Therapist or Doctor has referred you, confirmation from these professionals will be required, giving a recommendation to proceed with Pilates exercises.
