Classes are weekly and ongoing. (Please call the instructor to see if you are able to join in the classes during the term-time).
Classes run for approximately 45 minutes. Pre-booking is essential. Payment is upfront and per term.
Class Description
Beginner
Introduction to the basics of Pilates and the principles. The classes are
on-going.
Beginner / Mixed
Participants who have completed on-going classes, and are familiar with
the basics and principles. Further variations and progressions are taught.
Intermediate
When you feel confident with the basic principles and technique. Join the
Intermediate class to experience the benefits of a smooth, free flowing and challenging
session. |
