Docklands Pilates runs Group Matwork Classes in the Docklands. Classes are held at local
community centres, leisure & fitness centres and corporate venues.
Pilates is a non-aerobic form of exercise and is suitable for all ages.
The movements you will learn helps to realign your posture, when you sit, stand and perform everyday tasks. The movements and technique become a way of life and is recognised by physiotherapists, osteopaths and medical practitioners as an effective preventative exercise programme.
